What Type Of Maintenance?

Check Airflow

Verify static pressure and CFM are correct.

Check Heating Elements

Verify all heating elements are working properly.

Check Motor AMP Draw

Check for burned or discolored electrical components.

Clean Condensate Drain System

Condensate drain will be vacuumed and flushed to remove any buildup.

Clean Evaporator Coil

Evaporator coil will be sprayed and sanitized thoroughly to remove dirt, dust, and any buildup.

Clean Condenser Coil

Condenser coil will be sprayed and sanitized thoroughly to remove dirt, dust, and any buildup.

Check Refrigerant Pressures

An EPA Certified technician will inspect refrigerant charge and add the manufacturer specified refrigerant if needed at market rate.

Check All Starting Components

Confirm your systems starting components are within factory specifications by obtaining proper electrical readings.

Check Electrical Connections

Inspect HVAC electrical components for damaged or exposed connections that may post an electrical hazard.

Check Thermostat Calibration

Thermostat will be inspected to verify temperature/humidity displayed is accurate and setup for homeowner to access via mobile application.

Advise Of Equipment Condition

After successful maintenance has been conducted the homeowner will receive a full evaluation report. At this time our technician will provide any recommendations regarding your homes’ HVAC system as well as address any red flags he or she may have noticed.

We provide standard filters at no additional charge. Upgraded filtration can be provided by the homeowner to the technician or one may be purchased.
