Thermostat will be inspected to verify temperature/humidity displayed is accurate and setup for homeowner to access via mobile application.
After successful maintenance has been conducted the homeowner will receive a full evaluation report. At this time our technician will provide any recommendations regarding your homes’ HVAC system as well as address any red flags he or she may have noticed.
We provide standard filters at no additional charge. Upgraded filtration can be provided by the homeowner to the technician or one may be purchased.
